Labour Hire (Temporary)
Charged as an hourly rate that includes the worker’s wage plus a margin (typically 25-40% on top of base). You pay one all-inclusive rate. No upfront fees.
Permanent Placement
One-off fee based on percentage of annual salary. Typically 10-15% for standard roles, 15-20% for specialist or hard-to-fill positions. Only paid when you hire the candidate.
Temp-to-Perm
Start on labour hire rates, then convert to permanent after a trial period. Reduced or waived placement fee after qualifying period (typically 400-600 hours).
