Screen: Tickets verified, medicals completed, D&A clearances obtained. Mobilise: Workers arrive site-ready with all documentation complete. Manage: Ongoing roster management, performance monitoring, and replacement as needed.

Rates

Shutdown rates include premium loadings for the intensive nature of the work. Welders: $65-$80/hr. Electricians: $55-$75/hr. Fitters: $55-$70/hr. Labourers: $40-$50/hr. All rates include casual loading, super, workers comp, and agency margin.
