How We Ensure Safety

Pre-Placement Screening

Every candidate undergoes ticket verification (we check numbers, not just cards), reference checks with specific questions about safety behaviour, and assessment of site experience relevant to the role.

Ticket Verification

White Cards verified against the national register. High-risk work licences confirmed on SafeWork Australia’s database. Trade licences checked on Building and Energy WA’s register. No worker is presented without verified, current tickets.

Drug & Alcohol

Pre-employment D&A screening available for all placements. Ongoing random testing support for labour hire workers. Full compliance with site-specific D&A policies.

Ongoing Monitoring

We follow up with host employers after placement to confirm worker performance, safety behaviour, and cultural fit. Issues are addressed immediately — not at the end of a contract.

WHS Compliance

We maintain full compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA). Our workers comp insurance is current and adequate. We fulfil all labour hire provider obligations under WA law.
