Defence Construction at Henderson

The Henderson defence precinct is one of Perth’s premium construction employment zones. Naval shipbuilding and submarine maintenance programs provide long-term, high-paying work for specialist trades.

Trades in Demand

Coded welders (AS1796 certified), boilermakers, pipe fitters, marine electricians, structural steel workers, riggers, crane operators, insulators, and industrial painters.

Industrial & Shutdown

Refineries, processing plants, and heavy industrial facilities across Perth and regional WA require regular maintenance shutdowns. These projects pay premium rates and run on tight timelines — we supply experienced shutdown crews rapidly.

Security Clearance

Some defence roles require Australian Government security clearance (Baseline or NV1). We identify candidates with existing clearances and support new clearance applications.
