What Tickets Do I Need?
Depends on the role. Here’s the minimum for each level.
Entry Level (Labourer)
White Card — mandatory for everyone. That’s it. You can start with just this.
Mid Level (Specialist Labourer)
Add: Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP Licence. Each adds $3-$5/hr to your rate.
Advanced (Operator/Rigger)
Forklift, Dogging & Rigging, crane tickets. These unlock $50-$70+/hr roles.
Investment vs Return
All tickets combined cost $3,000-$5,000. The pay increase covers this within 2-4 weeks of work.
